1. What Justly is
Justly provides legal information and connects you with legal professionals. It helps you understand your rights, organise evidence, and reach a lawyer. Justly is not a law firm, and using the app does not by itself create a lawyer–client relationship. The information it provides is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer admitted in your jurisdiction.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older to use Justly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account and data at any time — see Account Deletion.
3. Acceptable use
Use Justly only for lawful purposes connected to your own legal matters. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the app's operation or security.
4. Privacy and confidentiality
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. We treat your complaints, evidence, and lawyer communications as confidential and limit access to you and your assigned lawyer.
5. No guarantee of outcome
Justly is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any particular legal outcome, the availability of a specific lawyer, or that the information provided is exhaustive for every situation. Always confirm important steps with a qualified lawyer.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
